1、项目执行(Project Execution) 是根据项目基准,计划程序和项目接口,变更,进度,成本,风险,质量,安全和环境管理以及其他合同要求的资源来执行项目范围内的工作和活动。项目执行的关键成功因素是明确的项目定义、角色和职责、组织和建设团队工作、准确的状态报告,包括预测、在项目经理领导下及时决策以及内部和外部组织的控制。
2、计划(Plan)是一组有意的或战略性的工作过程,它解释了要做什么、何时、如何以及由谁来实现目标和目的。计划是组织成员为完成项目任务或工作而形成的、通常理解的一种形式。
3、项目执行计划(Project Execution Plan,PEP)是项目运营和治理的管理文件,用适当的条款确定将要做什么以满足项目范围和合同要求。PEP是从战略到战术的描述项目具体计划,在项目实施中采用最有效的方法,最大限度地提高效率,以及符合项目目标和目标的项目具体行动;明确工作范围和合同约定的其他重要责任以及详细的项目风险管理计划包括项目和风险缓解计划评估,评估在提案阶段,和行动计划项目执行按照公司风险管理过程。PEP由项目经理领导的项目关键参与者开发,是项目基线文件之一,在发布或申请之前应得到公司管理层的批准。PEP是一种活动文档,应该根据当前和未来的项目计划和程序进行更新。
4、项目协议(Project Protocol)项目协议是项目开发和实施的共同协议或标准的规则或正式系统的声明,使不同的组织能够使用相同的程序、规范和目标。项目方案文件通常包括项目摘要、项目背景和信息、目标和目标、方法和组织、预算、进度、项目风险和参考资料等。
